The Eggplant Parmesan recipe uses a slice of eggplant, pasta sauce, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Starting with the sauce, layer the ingredients in the cooker and cook on high for four minutes. Top with additional breadcrumbs or Parmesan.
For the steak with mushrooms and onions recipe, you need a New York strip steak trimmed to fit the cooker. Place a slice of a medium onion on the bottom of the cooker with the slice of steak over the onion. Cover the onion and steak with a can of mushrooms, brown gravy or sauce, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Cook the steak meal for three minutes for a medium steak and two minutes for rare.
The Bailey's Irish Cream Mug Cake recipe uses 5 1/2 tablespoons of flour, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of Bailey's Irish Cream and 3 tablespoons of oil.
