Make Key Lime and Blueberry Pies in Jars using just graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar and butter. Start by grinding 12 graham crackers in a food processor, then mixing in 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Press the crumbs into the bottom of 8 small jars and 1 loaf pan, place on a baking sheet, and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Combine 1 can of sweetened condensed milk with 4 egg yolks and 1/2 cup of fresh lime juice. Spoon over the crust in the jars, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack, and chill before finishing assembling the jars. Meanwhile, beat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Layer the whipping cream, 1 cup of blueberries, grated lime zest and the graham cracker crust from the loaf pan in the jars.
