Some popular items on the Fatz Café menu, as of 2015, include Calabash chicken, baby back ribs, Angus beef burgers and popcorn shrimp. The Calabash all natural chicken is marinated in buttermilk and made with a blend of special spices. It is hand-breaded and fried.
The chicken is served with honey mustard and a choice of or soup or the house Caesar salad.
The Café’s baby back ribs are prepared with a dry rub and basted with a choice of four different tangy barbeque sauces that include Carolina gold, southern gold, traditional and Bourbon Street. The Fatz Café’s Angus beef burger consists of 7 ounces of fire-grilled beef served on a toasted brioche bun with lettuce and tomato. The burger comes with a choice of side and salad or soup. The Fatz Café also serves a variety of seafood dishes such as its customer-favorite popcorn shrimp that are hand-breaded and fried.
