Mexican cuisine is typically seasoned with chili, cinnamon, cumin, garlic and onions. Main ingredients include chicken, tamales, tortillas, corn, rice and beans. Supplemental ingredients such as guava, tomato, peanuts and avocado are often incorporated into meals.
Indian dishes are typically based on rice and often either have no meat or just seafood. The food is seasoned with spices, such as coriander, ginger, cumin, saffron, nutmeg and cardamom.
Thai dishes are commonly stir fries with rice or noodles and a variety of vegetables. Meals also typically contain chili, basil, lemon grass and coconut.
Chinese meals are generally served as bite-sized pieces that can be picked up with chopsticks. The fundamental ingredients are rice, noodles and a wide variety of meats. Chinese meals are known for incorporating as many parts of an animal or plant as possible so as not to waste food.
Lebanese cuisine features many different starches, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fish and seafood as animal fats are rarely consumed.
