Once it's rolled around the stuffing, dunk in egg mixture and cook until golden brown on all sides.
The cavatelli with spinach and prosciutto sounds complicated, but only takes a handful of steps. Cook the pasta, and while that is happening, brown the prosciutto with butter and sage. Once the ham is brown, add the spinach to the pan and saute until wilted. Drain the pasta and mix it with the spinach and ham mixture. The cavatelli pasta can be substituted with penne pasta.
The cucumber watermelon refresher is a great drink for summer that is made from watermelon, cucumber and mint that is pureed until smooth. The alcohol used in it includes vodka and triple sec, mixed with the juice puree. Strain the drink before serving it.
