Popular Captain Rodney's recipes include cheese bake, chicken cheese dip and Italian cheeseball. Use Captain Rodney's glazes and Peach Barbeque Boucan sauce to make these recipes.
To make a cheese bake, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 8 ounces of cream cheese, 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese and 2 chopped green onions in a greased quiche pan. Top with 6 crushed Ritz crackers, and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon from 8 slices and 1/2 cup of any of Captain Rodney's glazes.
To make a chicken cheese dip, mix 8 ounces of cream cheese with 1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of Captain Rodneys Peach Barbeque Boucan sauce. Stir in 18 ounces of canned white chunk chicken. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 6 to 10 crushed butter crackers on top, and drizzle with more Peach Barbeque Boucan sauce.
To make an Italian cheeseball, combine 3 1/2 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 8 ounces of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, as well as 1/2 cup of chopped green onions, 1/2 cup of toasted pecan pieces and 1/4 cup of any of Captain Rodneys glazes. Form into a ball, and chill overnight. Coat the outside of the ball in 1/2 cup of shredded Italian cheese blend, and drizzle with Captain Rodney's Boucan glaze.
