Some Pillsbury Quick Bread Mix recipes are buffalo chicken flatbread pizza, Parmesan-basil soft pretzels and cranberry crisps. Each recipe uses its own variety of Pillsbury Quick Bread Mix.
For the buffalo chicken flatbread pizza, combine 1 1/3 cups of ranch dressing and 2/3 cup of buffalo wing sauce in a bowl. In another bowl, mix 4 cups of a shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend with 1 1/3 cups of crumbled blue cheese, and in a third bowl, combine the remaining wing sauce with 4 cups of cooked chicken breast cut into small cubes. Roll out 1 package of Pillsbury Country White Artisan Bread Mix onto a prepared baking sheet, divide the dough into four equal parts, and bake it for five minutes. Turn the crust over, and spread 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over it, sprinkle it with 2/3 cup of the cheese mixture, top it with one cup of chicken mixture, sprinkle it with another 2/3 cup of the cheese mixture and bake it for 11 to 13 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of celery as garnish on each pizza.
To make cranberry crisps, combine 1 package of Pillsbury Cranberry Flavored Quick Bread & Muffin Mix with 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 2/3 cup of melted butter and 1 egg in a bowl. Shape the dough into balls measuring 1 1/4 inches, and place them on a cookie sheet. Press them down with a sugar-dipped glass. Bake them for seven to 10 minutes or until they're golden.
