Panera Bread changes its lunch menu by offering daily soup options, and the restaurant chain also features new and returning menu options each spring, summer, fall and winter. Each day Panera features seven soups with two on a rotating schedule.
Each Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, the alternate soup options are Low-Fat Vegetarian Black Bean Soup and Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup, as of 2015. Each Monday and Wednesday, they are Baked Potato Soup and Low-Fat Vegetarian Garden Vegetable Soup with Pesto. Every Friday, the Low-Fat Vegetarian Garden Vegetable Soup with Pesto and New England Clam Chowder are added to the menu.
The seasonal menus offer items such as the Strawberry Poppyseed and Chicken Salad in the spring and summer, the Butternut Squash Ravioli in the fall and the Power Almond Quinoa Oatmeal during the winter.
