What Are the Options on the Panera Bread Menu?

Pastries, sandwiches, freshly baked breads, soups and salads are a handful of the options on the Panera Bread Menu. The menu often includes seasonal items in every category and specialty menu items, such as quinoa and oatmeal, caramel apple scones and cranberry orange muffins.

The Panera Bread menu features breakfast and lunch items, such as baked egg soufflés, bagels and various cream cheese spreads. Panera devotes a whole category to its breakfast sandwiches, which contain egg, cheese and a meat, such as bacon or ham, on an artisan bread type, such as Panera´s ciabatta or its sprouted grain bagel. Rye, French, country and whole grain are other artisan breads Panera Bread prepares year round.

Panera Bread´s menu includes an array of craft espresso beverages of the usual concoctions: cappuccino, latte, Americano and mocha. However, seasonal drink menus may include a pumpkin spice latte. The beverage portion of the menu encompasses teas, low-fat smoothies, power smoothies with added greens or ginseng, iced espresso beverages and blended iced drinks.

For lunch and late afternoon fare, Panera Bread's pasta selections highlight common and lesser-known dishes, such as pasta primavera and pesto sacchettini. There are hand-tossed salads sufficient as first courses or entrées such as Caesar salads or chicken Cobb with edamame. Ten or more varieties of soups, including New England clam chowder and broccoli cheddar, flatbread sandwiches, panini and seasonal chili round out the menu.
