The websites of most fast food restaurants publish nutrition information for the restaurant’s menu; for example, find McDonald’s nutrition info on McDonalds.com by hovering on the Food tab and clicking Nutrition choices under Food Quality. Wendy’s and Taco Bell also publish nutrition information on their websites.
To find nutrition information on Wendys.com, click on the Learn tab from the site’s home page, click the Nutrition icon, and then click Nutrition and Ingredient Info. Alternatively, download the My Wendy’s mobile app for a smartphone to find nutrition info for the foods Wendy’s sells.
On TacoBell.com, click the nutrition tab from the menu on the left side of the home page, and then click on the Full Nutrition Info tab to find nutrition information for Taco Bell foods. Taco Bell also offers a nutrition calculator that lets users customize the information based on the addition of ingredients such as sour cream or cheese to its menu items.
