Nick Stellino recipes are on his website, NickStellino.com. Several recipes are also on the Today Show website. Many of Stellino's recipes are from his two cooking shows on PBS, "Nick Stellino Cooking With Friends" and "Nick Stellino's Family Kitchen."
Stellino's website lists his recipes in categories such as entrées, sandwiches and desserts. He has a whole category for breakfast and brunch recipes as well as pizza and pasta recipes. Additionally, users have the option to search for recipes that include videos.
Stellino also provides One-Minute Cooking School videos on his website. These short videos include quick recipes with tips for meals such as French toast, sautéed halibut and steak. He also has video recipes for almond rice pudding, bread pudding and chocolate pudding. Under the section for all recipes, categories include soups, salads, appetizers, fish and side dishes. Another option users have is searching by recipe name in the search bar.
The Today Show website provides two Nick Stellino recipes as of July 2015, and both are for the summer season. The first recipe is called "Tomatoes and Bread Salad." This recipe makes four servings and uses ingredients such as arugula, capers and feta cheese. The second recipe is called "Pasta With Cherry Tomatoes, Basil and Shrimp." It serves four to six people and involves sautéing shrimp with a number of spices, making a shrimp sauce that gets tossed with pasta.
