Grape sparkler cocktails feature the flavors of fresh-pressed grape juice and sparking wine. To prepare a batch of these cocktails, first slice 1 cup of red grapes. Place an additional 3 cups of grapes in a food processor, and process until fine. Place the chopped grapes in a saucepan, and simmer for 5 minutes. Press the cooked grapes through a strainer, and collect the juice in a bowl. Refrigerate this juice until cold. Divide the sliced grapes between 8 champagne flutes, pour the chilled grape juice over the top of them, and then fill each glass with sparkling white wine.Learn more about Beverages
