To prepare the parsley and orzo salad, cook 1/2 pound of orzo pasta according to the instructions on the package until they are tender but still firm to the bite. Drain off the cooking liquid, and refresh the orzo under cool running water before transferring it into a serving bowl. Fold in 1 cup of chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of chopped mint, 1 1/2 cups of crumbled feta cheese, and 1 cup each of chopped red onions and bell peppers. Combine 1/3 cup of light olive oil with 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and incorporate this dressing into the orzo mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
To make the strawberry cream lemonade, collect the juice from 12 lemons, and pour the juice into a large jug. Dissolve 1/3 cup of granulated sugar in the lemon juice, and add more sugar if necessary. Stir in 3 cups of cold water. Blend or mash 4 strawberries to form a puree, and add it to the beverage, along with 1/2 cup of whipping cream. Thoroughly whisk the lemonade before serving it over ice.
