An 8-ounce glass of V8 juice contains two full servings of vegetables. As of August 2014, V8 does not come in a 10.5-ounce can. V8 is available in 5.5-, 11.5- and 46-ounce cans.
V8 is 100 percent vegetable juice and is made from tomato, carrot, celery, beet, parsley, lettuce, watercress and spinach juices. It was invented in 1933 by W.G. Peacock, but it has been owned by the Campbell Soup Company since 1948.
V8 is also available in V8 V-Fusion varieties, which are a blend of vegetable and fruit juices. Each 8-ounce serving of V8 V-Fusion contains a full serving of vegetables and a full serving of fruit.
