Ingredients:

For the soup

  • 1 lb. ground beef sirloin
  • 1 8-ounce can Muir Glen organic tomato sauce
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 14.5 oz. Italian style stewed tomatoes, chopped and undrained
  • 2 1/2 cups water

For the seasoning blend

  • 8 ounces refrigerated prechopped onions
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Mix the seasoning
  2. Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
