To make an individual seven-layer pudding dessert, line the bottom of a plastic cup with 1/4 cup of crumbled graham crackers. Top the cracker crumbles with 1/4-cup chocolate pudding, and then add a layer of raspberries. Place 1/4 cup of premade cheesecake filling on top of the raspberries, and layer with 1/4 cup of miniature chocolate chips. Top off the cup with 1/4 cup of cool whip and, if desired, garnish with chopped pecans and a cookie.
The seven-layer pudding dessert takes about 10 minutes to make and should be served cold. The recipe, located on The Cookie Rookie's website, makes enough for four individual desserts.
Premade cheesecake filling can be substituted with cheesecake-flavored pudding such as Jello's Instant Cheesecake Pudding. To make instant pudding, measure 2 cups of milk and pour it into a bowl. Add the instant pudding mix. Use a wire whisk to beat the pudding by hand for two minutes; opting for an electric mixer is also acceptable. Place the bowl into the refrigerator until ready to make the seven-layer pudding dessert. Jello's Instant Cheesecake Pudding produces 1/2-cup servings for a party of four individuals, and it is ready to work with in about five minutes.
