To make a seafood lasagna in marinara sauce, boil a package of lasagna noodles according to their package directions and then set them aside. Pour 24 ounces of marinara sauce into a frying pan, and heat the pan on medium-high heat.
Add in 1/2 pound of bay scallops to the frying pan and allow it to simmer for four minutes or until the scallops are cooked. Drain the lasagna noodles, and place a layer of the noodles at the bottom of a large lasagna pan. On top of the bottom layer, place some of the marinara and scallops mixture, along with 1/4 pound of salad shrimp and 1/4 pound of crab meat. On top of the fish and marinara, place 4 ounces of sliced mozzarella cheese and sprinkle 3 ounces of Parmesan cheese.
Place another layer of lasagna noodles on top of the fish and cheese, and then repeat the process, creating a double layered lasagna. Before placing the lasagna into the oven, dust the entire dish with another coating of Parmesan cheese and dry Italian herbs. Bake the lasagna at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until it is hot and bubbly. The lasagna pairs well with crusty French bread and a green salad.
