To make a sea salt spray, combine sea salt, coconut or argan oil, leave-in conditioner, and a dab of pomade with hot water. Mix all the ingredients in a spray bottle. The process takes just a couple of minutes.
- Measure the ingredients
Fill a measuring cup with 1 cup of hot water, and then measure out 1 to 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 tablespoon of coconut or argan oil, 1/2 teaspoon leave-in conditioner, and a dab of pomade. Only use liquid coconut oil, as solidified coconut oil hardens when the water cools and may clog the spray bottle.
- Mix the ingredients
Pour the hot water into a spray bottle, then add the remaining ingredients. Twist the cap tightly on the spray bottle, and shake vigorously for a couple minutes to mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Use the sea salt spray
Spray the sea salt mixture on towel-dried hair, then loosely braid your hair or tie your hair in a loose knot and pin it to the top of your head. Leave your hair in the braid or knot until it is almost dry. Take your hair down, scrunch it with your hands, and let your hair fully air dry. The sea salt spray gives your hair a water-sculpted look and makes it smell summery.
