Saute 1 teaspoon of minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for a minute, and then add the pork tenderloin. To make roast pork loin with garlic and rosemary, mix together 4 pressed garlic cloves, 4 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 1/2 teaspoons of coarse salt and 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and rub the mixture over a well-trimmed pork tenderloin. Instead of searing the meat, transfer it immediately to a roasting pan, and cook it at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Turn the roast and cook for another 25 minutes before removing from the heat.
