An easy broccoli casserole is ideal for those looking to a quick, healthy side dish, but are short on time. This recipe is simple enough to make after a long day at work or while dealing with cranky, hungry kids. This dish can be thrown together in 15 minutes and works well with chicken.

- 10 1/2-ounce can condensed cream soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Mix the ingredients
- Prepare the breadcrumb topping
- Bake in the oven
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Mix the broccoli, cheese, soup, milk and mustard together. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Melt the butter and stir in the dry bread crumbs. Spread these buttered bread crumbs over the top of the broccoli casserole.
Place the casserole dish into the oven and bake for 1/2 hour, or until the broccoli is tender. Remove and allow the dish to cool for 5 minutes before eating.
