Make Pillsbury cake mix cookies with 18 ounces of Pillsbury cake mix, 1/3 cup of oil, 2 eggs, 7 ounces of canned frosting and 1/2 cups of small candies, sprinkles or chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the oven heats up, mix the Pillsbury cake mix, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl. Once the batter becomes smooth, shape small balls from the mixture, and place them on a greased baking dish. Flatten each one of the balls using the bottom of a flour coated spatula or glass. Let the cookies cook for six to eight minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn brown. Remove the cookies from the oven, and set them aside to cool before applying the frosting and the toppings.
To make Pillsbury Funfetti cookies, use Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix in place of the standard Pillsbury cake mix. Flatten out the cookies so that they measure 1/4 inch thick before baking them. Once they have finished baking, let the cookies cool for one minute. Apply Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Funfetti vanilla frosting to the warm cookies, and allow the frosting to cool before serving. The cookies can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container.
