Ingredients:
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 package almond bark
- Mix ingredients
- Form balls and freeze
- Melt chocolate and dip
In a food processor, process the cookies, turning them into crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a large mixing bowl, and then slowly beat in chunks of the cream cheese and the milk to create a thick paste. This takes around 3 minutes.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place balls in the freezer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt almond bark according to the package directions. Dip the frozen balls into the melted chocolate. Place each dipped ball on waiting wax paper. Refrigerate the balls for an hour to allow the bark to set.
Due to the inclusion of cream cheese, Oreo balls must be stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
