- 1 12-ounce package Ocean Spray fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- Combine sugar and water
- Add the cranberries
- Boil the sauce
- Cool the sauce
Take a medium saucepan and combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil on the stove.
Add the cranberries to the sugar mixture and bring it back to a boil.
Reduce the heat and allow the sauce to gently boil for 10 minutes. Occasionally stir the sauce as it boils.
Remove the sauce from the heat, cover and let it sit at room temperature until it is completely cooled. Refrigerate the cranberry sauce until it is time to be served.
