For this preparation, you need 1/2 cup each of both nettle leaf and red raspberry leaf. You also need 1/4 cup each of dried alfalfa leaf, dried dandelion leaf and dried blessed thistle. Bring water to a boil. Add about 1 tablespoon of the herb mixture per cup of boiling water. Allow the mother's milk tea to steep covered for 15 minutes before drinking.
