Lemon Chicken Sauce

Crush the garlic clove and chop the herbs. Grate the zest from the lemon and juice the fruit.
Use a knife to mash the salt into the crushed garlic. Mix until a paste forms.
Use a blender to mix the garlic paste, herbs, lemon and pepper. Blend to form a coarse mixture.
Stir the olive oil into the sauce.
Pour some of the sauce into the skillet used to cook the chicken. Swirl the mixture around the pan and then pour it back into the sauce.
