- 2 cup fat-free milk
- 8 ounces low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana, chopped
- Mint leaves (optional)
- Combine ingredients
Place all the ingredients into the blender.
Blend everything until smooth.
Scrape the side of the blender several times to ensure all the ingredients are properly mixed.
Garnish with fresh fruit or fresh mint leaves.
