- 1 cup vodka
- 2 large peaches
- Lemon zest, 3- to 4-inch pieces
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water

Skin and pit the peaches. Chop them up and add them to a glass jar with a seal. Slice of a 3- to 4-inch piece of lemon zest and add it to the jar.
