  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings such as icing, sprinkles, colored sugar or small candies
