  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  1. Boil the water and sugar
  2. Mix the water and sugar together in a small pot. Bring the mixture to a boil.
