Make garlic Parmesan wings by making the sauce from 1 cup of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, 3 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons each of minced garlic and corn syrup, and 2 teaspoons each of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Season the sauce with 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon of dried basil and 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, and add half of it and the chicken to a slow cooker.
Cook the chicken on high for three hours, and then reduce the temperature to low for seven hours. Serve the chicken with the reserved sauce.
To make baked Parmesan garlic chicken wings, combine 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin and 1 teaspoon of sea salt in a bowl, and rub the mixture on 2 1/2 pounds of chicken wings. While the chicken bakes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, toss 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of minced fresh basil, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning salt and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. In a separate container, combine 1 cup of blue cheese dressing and 1 to 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the cooked wings, and use the blue cheese dressing mixture as a dipping sauce.
