To make easy oven-baked chicken thighs, preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, line a baking pan with oiled aluminum foil, coat the chicken with seasoned oil, put the chicken in the pan, and sprinkle it with additional seasoning. Bake the chicken in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Line a pan with oiled aluminum foil
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil, and lightly oil the foil to prevent the chicken from sticking to it during the cooking process.
Mix the seasoned oil
Mix three to four cloves of garlic with 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh rosemary or thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Coat the chicken in seasoned oil
Completely coat six to eight washed chicken thighs in the seasoned oil and place the chicken in the pan.
Add additional spices
Sprinkle the tops of the chicken thighs with a few rosemary or thyme sprigs. Add additional spices if you prefer.
Bake the chicken in the oven
Place the pan in the oven and bake the chicken at 450 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
