Creamed Chicken Ingredients:
Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, then add the canola oil and milk. Mix the ingredients until it forms a ball of dough. Kneed the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
Roll the dough until it is about 1-inch thick. Cut into six rectangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown at 450 F.
Add butter and onion to a large skillet and saute. Add the flour, salt and pepper and blend. Gradually add the milk or broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook while stirring until the sauce is thickened. Add the chicken and parsley and heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Split the biscuits and top with creamed chicken before serving.
