- 2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz., hot salsa
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 10 slices bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked until crispy
- 16 thin slices deli ham
- Spread tortillas
- Roll and chill
- Slice and serve
Thoroughly combine the cream cheese with the hot salsa and green onions in a bowl. Spread over the tortillas, leaving a half-inch space clear around the edge. Top with the crispy bacon pieces and four slices of deli ham.
Tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
