Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp. of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Shaoxing wine
  • 2 tsp. potato starch
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. of sesame oil
  • 18 oz. beef fillet
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
