Crushed red pepper flakes, olive oil and a thermometer are all that are required to make chili-infused olive oil. Since there are only two ingredients in the oil, use the best quality ingredients available to maximize the flavor.
This flavorful condiment can add a spicy kick to any dish, including pasta, veggies, rice, meat and seafood. Drizzle it over dishes just before serving, or use it to cook with.
