Make a brownie in a mug by combining 1/4 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 pinch of salt in a mug and stirring in 3 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Whisk together 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in one bowl, and combine 2 tablespoons of mild-flavored olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons of room temperature water and 1 egg in another bowl. Fold the wet and dry ingredients together in a mug, and microwave the mixture for two minutes. Serve the brownie topped with whipped cream.
Make Five-Minute Brownie in a Mug by sifting together 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder in one bowl. Then combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter or coconut oil, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk or coffee, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 large egg in another bowl. Stir the wet brown sugar mixture into the sifted cocoa mixture, and stir until the batter is combined. Pour it in a mug, and microwave it for 90 seconds.
