Make boneless ribs in the oven by placing the ribs in a baking dish, seasoning them to taste with salt, pepper and sauce, and covering with foil before roasting on low for up to three hours. You can also cook for a shorter time at a higher temperature.
Make easy baked barbecue boneless ribs by placing 4 pounds of cut boneless-beef short ribs in a baking dish. Season the ribs with salt and pepper. In a bowl, whisk together 2/3 cup of light brown sugar, 2/3 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard. Season with 1 teaspoon of Hungarian paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of dried ground thyme. Coat the ribs in the barbecue sauce, and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Bake the ribs at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for two and a half hours, remove the foil, and cook for another 30 minutes. You can also bake the ribs at 325 degrees for 75 minutes. Remove the foil, and brush the ribs with more barbecue sauce. Finish roasting the ribs for 15 minutes or increase the temperature to a broil, and cook them for five more minutes.
