To prepare Bisquick sausage cheese balls, mix Bisquick mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, rosemary and parsley together. Form the mixture into one-inch balls; then bake the balls for 20 to 25 minutes. You can bake the balls immediately or store them to bake later.
Begin by combining 3 cups of Bisquick mix, 1 pound of uncooked pork sausage, 16 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon of dried and crushed rosemary leaves, and either 1/2 teaspoon of parsley flakes or 1 1/2 teaspoons of fresh parsley. You can use either your hands or a spoon to mix these ingredients together. When it is thoroughly mixed, form the mixture into one-inch balls and place them in a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
If you choose not to bake the sausage cheese balls immediately, you can refrigerate them for up to 24 hours or keep them in the freezer for up to a month. You can also freeze leftover cheese balls for up to one month. Reheat leftovers for 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or microwave on high for 45 seconds to one minute. When microwaving, cover loosely with wax paper.
