Make a banana split cake by layering a cake pan with graham cracker crust and baking it, then spreading an egg, butter and powdered sugar batter on top. Finish by adding bananas, pineapple, whipped topping and nuts to the top, and chilling it for one hour.
Another banana split cake recipe has a pudding and cream cheese base and requires no baking. Start by mixing 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of melted butter into 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers or graham cracker crumbs. Mix, and press into the bottom of a baking pan. Place the pan in the freezer.
Meanwhile, combine 2 8-ounce packages of softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Prepare 2 packages of vanilla instant pudding with 2 cups of cold milk. Mix the pudding and milk for two minutes before folding in 1 cup of whipped topping.
To assemble the dessert, remove the crust from the freezer, and spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Be careful to avoid pulling up the crust. Layer a can of curshed pineapple on the cream cheese layer. On top of that, arrange 4 sliced bananas. Spread the pudding mixture on top of the bananas. Top with 2 sliced bananas and either pecans or semi-sweet chocolate curls.
