Baked Chicken Fingers
Baked chicken fingers are fast and easy to make. To make a baked alternative to the fried finger food favorite, use the following recipe.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Use 1 tbsp. olive oil to coat two large baking sheets. Set the sheets aside.
Sprinkle the flour into a large shallow dish or bowl. In another dish, beat the eggs and the milk together. Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper in another dish.
To coat the chicken, cover each tender in the flour and then dip it in the egg and milk mixture. Coat the moistened tenders in the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, and then lay them onto the greased baking sheets.
Bake the chicken until it is golden brown. This can take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes.
