Make no-bake Nutella cookies by boiling 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of milk in a saucepan for a few minutes, and then removing it from the stove before stirring in one 10-ounce package of cinnamon chips and 1/2 cup of chocolate-hazelnut spread. Mix 3 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the dough, and dollop cookie balls onto a baking sheet. Allow the cookies to cool before serving them.
To make another recipe, add 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 3/4 cups of granulated sugar and 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder to a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil for one minute, and remove it from the heat. Stir 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of Nutella into the sauce, and fold in 3 cups of quick-cooking oats. Spoon the dough onto cookie sheets layered with wax paper, and allow the cookies to cool.
A third recipe calls for peanut butter in conjunction with the Nutella, sugar, milk, and butter. As in earlier recipes, heat the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in a saucepan. Stir in 1/4 cup of peanut butter with 1/4 cup of Nutella, vanilla and the oats. This recipe also suggests that you chill the cookies before serving them.
