Pork loin should be roasted in the oven for about an hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The meat should be heated to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit before it is removed from the oven.
- Create a seasoning paste for the pork
Combine rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic to form a paste.
- Pierce the pork loin
Use a knife to pierce the pork loin in various spots. Press the garlic rosemary paste into the openings in the meat. Rub the pork loin with the remaining herbal paste and olive oil.
- Place the pork in the oven
Baste the loin with pan liquids often while the meat is cooking. Be sure the meat is no longer pink in the middle before taking it from the oven.
