Baby back ribs can be grilled quickly at 325 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Spare ribs can be grilled for 2 or 3 hours.
To grill baby back ribs quickly, the grill should be at a medium setting and the ribs should be cooked until the meat can easily be torn off the bone with the fingers. Spare ribs should also be cooked between 325 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and are ready once the meat easily separates from the bone. Beef back ribs should cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the same temperature as baby back and spare ribs.
