Melt two tablespoons of butter with some minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped dill. Grease a baking pan and place the tilapia filets in the pan. Pour the butter mixture over the filets and bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
Season tilapia with salt, pepper and garlic powder, and dredge in flour. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray, heat over medium heat and add tilapia to the pan. Cook for four minutes on each side.
Brush tilapia with melted butter and garlic powder. Heat grill to medium, and place tilapia on the grill. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
