Turkey wings need to bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1.5 to 2 hours. The wings can be removed from the oven when they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure an accurate internal temperature reading, the thermometer should not touch bone.
Turkey wings can also be easily prepared in a skillet on the stovetop. Start by lightly greasing the skillet, adding the wings and pouring 1 cup of water or chicken broth over the meat. Cover the skillet and allow the meat to cook over medium heat for 1.5 hours or until the meat has reached the appropriate internal temperature. Butterball recommends that the turkey be consumed within 3 days of cooking and also remains refrigerated.
