A serving of peanut butter contains roughly 7 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber.
Seeds are also good foods to add to a high-protein, high-fiber diet. An ounce of roasted sunflower seeds contain about 6 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber. Flaxseed only has about 1 gram of protein, but has 2 grams of fiber. Psyllium seeds are also a good choice; though they are low in protein, a serving contains 6 grams of fiber and is low in carbohydrates.
