Krogerfeedback.com is Kroger's primary method of gathering consumer insight into its services. The website allows customers to comment not only on their experiences at Kroger, but also on their experiences at other Kroger brand stores, such as Food 4 Less, Dillon's and Scott's Food & Pharmacy. A customer must provide feedback within seven days of a transaction before an Entry ID is no longer valid for use.
Completing the online survey also enters a customer into Kroger's monthly sweepstakes drawings. Prizes for these drawings range from $100 to $5,000 grocery gift cards. The company gives away 100 gift cards worth $100 annually, while a $5,000 gift card is given to one grand-prize winner each year.
Customers can also provide feedback via the Kroger website by clicking the Customer Comments link under the Customer Service column near the bottom of the page. This survey does not require information from the transaction itself, which may be advantageous for customers who have either lost a receipt or were otherwise unable to complete a purchase while at the store.Learn more about Grocery
