Kraft has two recipes for cheesy potatoes and easy potato bake casseroles that require less than 15 minutes to prepare. The Cheesy Potato Casserole is made by combining 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 cup of sour cream in a bowl.
Add in 1 package of thawed southern-style hash browns and 1 package of Kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Mix the ingredients together, and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Combine 20 Ritz crackers and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and bake the potatoes for 50 minutes.
The Easy Potato Bake Casserole is made by mixing together 1 16-ounce container of sour cream, 1 8-ounce package of Kraft shredded cheddar cheese, 1 10 3/4-ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup and 8 chopped green onions in a large bowl. Once the ingredients have been combined thoroughly, stir in 1 32-ounce package of thawed southern-style hash browns. Pour the potato mixture into a baking dish.
To make the casserole crust, mix together 1 cup of crushed corn flakes and 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine. Pour the flakes over the potato mixture, and place the baking dish in the oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
