KFC solicits customer feedback via its KFC Customer Satisfaction Survey, as of 2015. The survey requires a receipt from a recent visit to a KFC location for participation. A customer navigates to MyKFCExperience.com to take the survey.
From the MyKFCExperience.com home page, the customer enters a survey code in the text box on the page. A customer locates the survey code on the bottom portion of his KFC receipt. The time of the visit, also shown on the bottom of the receipt, is required. If a receipt does not have a survey code, a survey participant can opt to enter the store number, date and time of service, and ticket number from the receipt to begin the survey.
