To make the anti-aging beet grape juice, which is full of antioxidants and potassium, the following ingredients are needed: 1 handful of red grapes, 2 celery stalks, 2 beets and 2 large carrots. Wash the produce thoroughly. Remove any grape stems, and peel the beets, then run it through a juicer.
The double citrus carrot juice recipe calls for 4 carrots, 4 celery stalks, 2 oranges and 2 lemons. Wash the ingredients, and peel the lemon and orange before juicing. This recipe is refreshing and filled with vitamins and nutrients.
The digestion helper juice is formulated to give a person a boost in the morning. It uses 1/4 pineapple, 1 yellow grapefruit, 1 ruby grapefruit, 1 lemon and 1 carrot. Wash all ingredients and peel the citrus fruits before juicing.
For the lemon ginger juice, wash and juice 1 pear, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 small head of broccoli, a 2-inch piece of ginger, one lemon, 5 celery stalks and half a cucumber. Remember to core the pear and peel the lemon before putting them in the juicer.
